Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Bookwae platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Bookwae is a booking and appointment management platform designed for SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises), including but not limited to barbershops, salons, spas, and similar service providers. Our Service includes:

  • Online booking and scheduling system
  • Appointment and queue management
  • Business management dashboard
  • QR code check-in functionality
  • Product and service management
  • Resource management (staff and employees)

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any violation of these terms is found.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You shall not:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized activity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure
  • Collect other users' data without permission (scraping, harvesting, or other automated methods)
  • Impersonate another person or provide false information
  • Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload to the Service (photos, descriptions, business data). By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display, store, and process such content as necessary to provide the Service.

You are responsible for the content you upload and warrant that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.

6. Payments and Fees

Certain features of the Service may require payment. Pricing and subscription plan information is available on our Pricing page. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees using your chosen payment method.

We reserve the right to change prices with at least 30 days' prior notice. Price changes take effect at the start of the next subscription period.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We shall not be liable for:

  • Any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Service
  • Service interruptions, data loss, or system failures
  • Actions or omissions of third parties
  • Transactions between service providers and their customers

8. Intellectual Property

The Bookwae platform, including its design, code, logos, and trademarks, is our property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may also discontinue your use of the Service at any time by deactivating your account.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Your data will be retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be announced through the Service or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising hereunder shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if no agreement is reached, shall be submitted to the competent courts in Indonesia.
